Board Members
The Board of Directors is responsible for representing the homeowners and ensuring the affairs of the Heritage Place II Property Owners Association are properly managed by the management company in a manner consistent with the covenants and bylaws. They should endeavor to uniformly enforce the bylaws without exceptions. The Board members are homeonwers that volunteer for the position and are then elected by vote at the Annual Meeting to serve a three-year term. They are not paid or compensated in any way for their time and efforts on behalf of the community. Any homeowner with knowledge of the community documents and the ability to attend monthly meetings may volunteer to serve on the Board. Wellington Paez - Vice President

Luiz Pamfilio- Secretary/Treasurer
A Heritage Place II resident since 2010, Luiz joined the Board in November of 2013 as Treasurer. He and his family are originally from Brazil. Luiz is honored and humbled to have the opportunity to serve this community as a board member. He encourages all residents to get involved.
